This policy explains how Coriander Labs Inc. ("Coriander Labs", "we") handles information when you visit corianderlabs.com (the "site") or contact us.

What we collect

When you visit the site. Our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical information: pages viewed, time of visit, referring page, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use it in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure and working.

When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

We do not ask for, and do not want to receive through this site, health information, patient data, or confidential research data.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies its hosting and security providers need to operate, for example to tell people from automated traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share information only:

• with service providers who run the site and our email on our behalf (currently website hosting and analytics, content delivery and security, and email), under their own privacy and security terms;
• when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public;
• as part of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

How long we keep it

Site analytics are kept in aggregate. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the relationship it relates to, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@corianderlabs.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honor requests as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

The site is intended for professional and adult audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
